This weekend…
Each morning begins with movement, breath, and embodiment, awakening your body and life force. Throughout the weekend Afke will share the practices that have shaped her into the free, strong, radiant woman she is today.
You’ll be guided through embodiment rituals, dance, breathwork, emotional release, and sacred women’s practices that connect you with your essence and sensuality. The weekend is not only a transformation, it’s also an in initiation. You’ll receive tools and practices to bring home, so you can continue living from your wild, embodied truth long after the retreat.
Everything is included: delicious nourishing meals, drinks, all sessions and ceremonies, and your stay in one of the cozy rooms. You can choose between a private or shared room, each with its own private bathroom. There’s also a sauna to relax and unwind, and plenty of space to rest in nature.
The location is easy to reach by car, with a large parking area on-site.

Our Wild Woman Weekend takes place at De Hoorneboeg, a magical retreat center hidden between forest and the hey in Hilversum. It’s a place where nature immediately softens you, surrounded by trees, open skies, and silence.
There are shared and private rooms, all with their own bathroom

We will have our own private cheff cooking delicious meals for us
