We begin with a grounded, heart-centered conversation—an essential space to explore your intentions, boundaries, and any concerns you may carry. This sets the tone for safety, clarity, and trust.
Some of the questions we may explore together include:
What is your deepest intention for this session?
What is your most alive desire in your life right now?
Is there any part of your body that you’d like special attention given to—or that you prefer not to be touched?
Are there any past injuries, traumas, or unique qualities of your body I should be aware of?
Is there anything you feel uncertain or hesitant about that we should address before we begin?

Together, we will create a sacred container for the session to unfold—through energetic preparation, intention-setting, and simple ritual. This may include invocations, breathwork, or other practices to invite presence and trust.

The session begins with clothes on. In this initial phase, we explore your intention and desire—gently, clearly, and together.
We look at what may be standing in the way of that desire, and what inner resources or support you need to move toward it. Often, through this deep presence and attunement, a kind of shamanic clarity arises—you begin to feel the path forward, rather than just think about it.

After the initial conversation, we move into the hands-on portion of the session. This may include a range of practices such as Tantric Bodywork, Conscious Touch, Breathwork, Emotional Release tools, and Sacred Spot Ritual.
Throughout the session, your boundaries and sovereignty are of utmost importance. I will always ask for your verbal consent before touching any sensitive areas, and I will gently support you in expressing both your clear yes and your empowered no.
You are always in control. You may pause, slow down, or shift the direction of the session at any time. It's completely okay to change your mind. There is no pressure, no expectation—only what feels true for you in each moment.

When the session concludes, you’ll have some quiet time to gently integrate the experience.
If you’d like additional support, all my sessions include a complimentary follow-up call within 24 to 48 hours—so we can check in and honor whatever arises for you.

Each session lasts 2.5 hours and includes an optional intake call and an after care call.
